This is not a binding agreement as we understand our common modern marketplace of contracts. It precedes that system of legalese enforced through anointed arbiters of violence, through roots in a more foundational relationship between intelligent life and the natural environment it evolves with.
This is a set of rules governed by where and how in space you move your body, what sounds you make with your body and what your body is entitled to, not derived from a set of symbols and marks organized and sanctified by institutional people prior to you.
But to whom and to where could one go to verify these rights? If they precede the systems of codifying and enforcing rights with institutions, where is this knowledge stored, how does it get activated, and who is protecting it?
Maybe that is too far gone…

[LI]: If the sovereign citizen movement is the intellectual and geopolitical vanguard of anyone who believes your birth certificate is registering you as corporate property, than it makes sense that this sort of approach would surface as the strategic and symbolic method of interacting with the instigating foreign system to assert your independence. Almost an [API x Firewall] type thing. So if you believe legalese and court procedings are a sort of collective spell casting and ritualization of optional binding contracts, then you would need some sort of other spellcasting, grounds laying, method of producing pronouncements in detail to defend yourself from it and asset your independence. That is what David Wynn Miller’s Parse Syntax grammer appeared to me to be.
